Pork, ground, lean 4.8 lbs 2 1/5  kg
1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add pork and brown, breaking with a spoon. Drain fat.

Garlic, minced 2 Tbsp 30  mL
Ginger, minced 2 Tbsp 30  mL
2. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes while stirring.

Campbell’s® Condensed Chicken Broth 1 can (48 oz) can (1.36L)
Water 0.8 gallon L
Coleslaw salad mix (no dressing) 8 cups L
Bean sprouts 9 cups 2 2/5  L
Instant noodles or cooked pasta 1.76 lbs 800  g
3. Add Campbell’s® Condensed Chicken Broth, water, coleslaw mix, bean sprouts and noodles. Bring to a boil. Stir and simmer for ~5 minutes until noodles are tender.

Green onions, chopped 8 stalks stalks
Soy sauce, lower sodium 1 Tbsp+1tsp 20  mL
To Serve: Ladle out 1 cup into a bowl and garnish with green onion and a ¼ tsp of soy sauce.
